Requirements
- Assess resident health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care
- Provide support in specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD, Pain Management, etc.
