Analysis Manager

Analysis Manager position to support the delivery of a key strategic programme, focusing on a new Pensions platform, requiring technical and agile expertise.

Requirements

• Proficient in agile ways of working and squad based delivery
• Experienced in workshop facilitation enabling requirements to be elicited from stakeholders in a timely manner
• Ability to work across multiple squads at any one-time, managing workload and priorities across all whilst working to fixed deadlines
• Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques
• Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits
• Applies strong coaching skills to maintain high-quality standards through constructive peer-review feedback
• Lead and develop a team of business analysts, supporting them with personal development, goal setting and career planning
• Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas
• Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and Business Concepts
• Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
