Analysis Manager position to support the delivery of a key strategic programme, focusing on a new Pensions platform, requiring technical and agile expertise.
Requirements
- Proficient in agile ways of working and squad based delivery
- Experienced in workshop facilitation enabling requirements to be elicited from stakeholders in a timely manner
- Ability to work across multiple squads at any one-time, managing workload and priorities across all whilst working to fixed deadlines
- Supports the development and adoption of company-wide modelling approach and techniques
- Identifies alternatives, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits
- Applies strong coaching skills to maintain high-quality standards through constructive peer-review feedback
- Lead and develop a team of business analysts, supporting them with personal development, goal setting and career planning
- Expert in establishing and maintaining relationships with senior business stakeholders across the full range of business areas
- Expert in Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and Business Concepts
- Advanced in communicating complex concepts and articulating principles and drivers for change
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
