Job Description
We're seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our small, highly experienced team that supports and enhances the applications our business relies on. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with practical experience, who is curious, adaptable, and has an interest in AI.
Requirements
- Act as the first escalation point for issues with AI applications and solutions
- Diagnose issues and help manage problems to resolution at an application level focusing on AI
- Explore and evaluate ways for AI to assist current business processes using tools such as OpenAI APIs and Azure Foundry
