Compliance Advisory Consultant

Royal London has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Advisory Consultant to join Group Risk & Compliance. The Compliance Advisory team is a key part of this, partnering with the business to support decision-making across a range of strategic initiatives and BAU activity.

Requirements

• Experience in a Compliance, Risk or Regulatory Advisory role within Financial Services
• A good working knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements, ideally within Life, Pensions or Investment products
• Experience of operating in, or working closely with, a second-line advisory function
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to provide constructive challenge and gain buy-in at all levels
• The ability to interpret regulation and apply it in a practical, proportionate and outcome-focused way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, concise governance papers and reporting
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
