Job Description
Join our Group Finance team as an MI Analyst and play a pivotal role in delivering key financial insights that drive business performance. As part of our Business Finance Team, you’ll support business partners and senior leaders with high-quality analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Professionally qualified (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting insights
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in an FP&A role or commercial finance
- Knowledge of data processes and financial performance drivers, ideally within Financial Services and/or UK Life and Pensions
- Adaptable and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous professional development
