Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring all equipment is operable to ensure maximum production. They will prepare and execute daily, weekly and monthly Preventative Maintenance Program, increase production, and minimize unnecessary costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ supervisory experience or 10 years’ supervisory/manufacturing experience
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time (12 hours minimum)
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. continuously during shift, including twisting, turning or bending with or without product in hand
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in extreme environmental temperatures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, mechanical, hydraulic, etc.)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities
