Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Offshore Crewing Executive to join their team. As a Crewing Executive, you will coordinate crew changes, manage crew documentation, and ensure smooth operation of crewing processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in maritime studies, human resources, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in crewing or maritime operations
• Familiarity with crewing software and databases
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
