Trainee Technical Superintendent (0006 Jan 2025)

This is an entry-level position aimed at recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the maritime industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced technical superintendents, gaining hands-on experience in vessel operations, maintenance management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in maritime operations, vessel maintenance, or a related technical role (no experience with strong technical aptitude in the above engineering background may be considered).
• Familiarity with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and maritime regulations.
• Knowledge of vessel systems, planned maintenance systems, and drydock processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical management software.
• Willingness to travel and work onboard vessels as needed.
