Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vessel Tanker Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities related to our client tanker fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Requirements

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of tanker vessels
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance and minimize costs
• Liaise with port authorities, clients, and contractors
• Monitor vessel performance and take corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports
• Provide leadership and guidance to crew members
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in tanker operations
