Job Description
Royal Vaassen Group is an international producer of high-quality packaging materials. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our QA/QC department due to the retirement of our QA engineer. The role will involve analyzing and handling customer complaints, improving quality, reducing customer complaints, and strengthening our relationship with customers.
Requirements
- Quality-oriented mindset with strong technical insight
- Extensive experience with QA and customer complaints in a technical, production-intensive environment
- Proven knowledge of BRCGS (or comparable food standard) and ISO-9001
- Experience in food or pharmacy is required
- Proficient in Dutch and English, German is a plus
