Director of Sales

Join our team as the Director of Sales, where you'll take a hands-on role driving group, corporate, and event sales while leading by example every day. In this high-impact position, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the VP of Sales, helping fuel revenue growth and strengthen key client relationships across RPM Raceway.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, events, attractions, or related industries strongly preferred.
