Guest Service Representative: Support customers, sell karting options, memberships, and merchandise, and provide attentive customer service.
Requirements
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting and assisting customers in person
- Scheduling and placement of customers into races, groups and teams
- Preparing merchandise displays and maintaining inventory
