Job Description
RPM Raceway is seeking a Guest Service Representative to provide exceptional service to every guest who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, providing a memorable and enjoyable experience at our venue.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
- High School diploma or G.E.D from an accredited institution
- Ability to accurately record information with strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and problem solve
- Able to work 15 to 28 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18+
