Junior Mechanic

RPM Raceway is seeking a self-motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Go-Kart Mechanic / Maintenance Technician.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited vocational institution preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand and power tools.
• Prior experience in a mechanic, maintenance, or karting environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to handle small parts and tools efficiently.
• Ability to perform tasks that require precise movements and the use of hand tools and equipment.
• Ability to kneel, crouch, and work in awkward positions to reach and repair equipment.
• Sustained physical effort to perform repetitive tasks, such as tightening bolts, adjusting settings, and inspecting vehicles.
• Tolerance for working in varying conditions, including exposure to loud noises, heat, and potential fumes.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
