Job Description
RPM xConstruction, LLC is a leading Texas-based design and construction company seeking a Project Accountant to manage projects, generate invoices, and provide weekly updates on past due customer accounts.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction accounting and billing.
- Proficient in AIA billing documentation, lien waivers, and Texas Lien Law processes.
- Experience with commercial and TXDOT projects preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Viewpoint or similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with GC Pay billing software at both general contractor and subcontractor levels.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
