Job Description
RRM Design Group is a 100% employee-owned multidisciplinary firm offering a range of services including architecture, landscape architecture, and civil and structural engineering. They are seeking entry-level and upper-level civil engineers to join their team in Ventura, CA, tackling exciting projects from conception to realization. Requirements
- Entry Level: Engineer I – Engineer II
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Work experience in Civil 3D
- 1 -3 years experience
- California PE license (preferred)
- National portion of the CA PE exam (actively pursuing)
- Some work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firm
- Patience and willingness to apply, despite potential imposter syndrome/confidence gaps
