Analista de Compras

We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst responsible for capturing purchase orders, providing support to the Purchasing Coordination and contributing to the correct administration of the area.

Requirements

• Organize, coordinate and control the acquisition and delivery of merchandise, supplies and necessary goods for the operation of the company.
• Receive and attend to requirements from the Sales and Warehouse areas.
• Make purchases according to established specifications.
• Prepare purchase orders (normal, urgent and requisition) ensuring inventory optimization.
• Review and send the back order report to validate purchase information intended for importation (when applicable).
• Technical or university degree in Administration, Systems Administration, Business Administration or Accounting.
• Office management.
• Windows management.
