Controls Senior Analyst

We're looking for two Controls Senior Analysts to play a key role in building RS Group's controls framework as part of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role involves designing, redesigning and embedding controls aligned to SAP S/4HANA and future-state processes, partnering with transformation teams and the business to influence pragmatic control solutions, and acting as a change agent, supporting the business through transition and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience in finance, audit or controls, with appetite to specialise deeply
• Ability to influence, coach and work with stakeholders at varying levels of controls knowledge
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving transformation environments
• Strong analytical skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience or exposure to SAP, transformation programmes or process redesign (advantageous)
• Ambition to grow, learn and develop within a scaling controls function
