As a Corporate Account Manager at RS Components, you will strategically manage a portfolio of corporate customers, drive revenue, strengthen customer engagement, and expand RSâs presence within targeted vertical markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing corporate customer portfolios and driving growth through tailored, solution-focused strategies.
- Strong background in B2B sales and ideally experience within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) sector.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise sales, margin, and ROI.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, skilled at coordinating with internal teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Solid contract negotiation skills (commercial and legal terms) with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to assess customer potential, analyse markets, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience deploying and managing national or multi-site contracts within a complex organisation.
- Ability to identify customer challenges and implement value-added solutions with technical experts.
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, and CRM management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to prospect, secure new business, and expand share of wallet.
