Weâre looking for an experienced Order Processing Team Manager to lead a highâperforming operations team supporting the French market and IDocs processes.
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing large teams in customer service, operations or order processing environments
- Strong communication, coaching and stakeholderâmanagement skills, able to influence across a matrix structure
- Ability to identify issues, problemâsolve and deliver meaningful process improvements
- Experience with SAP/ similar CRM systems desirable and solid Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fastâpaced, highâvolume environment
- Advanced written and spoken English is a must have and any French language skills would be desirable
