• Manage multiple engagement teams

• Anticipate and address client concerns
• Understand RSM’s lines of businesses
• Develop a strategy to utilize relationships external to the firm
• Manage profitability of projects
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters
• Identify performance improvement opportunities
