We are seeking an Assurance Supervisor to provide high-quality client service, develop strong relationships with teams, and understand clients' complex businesses and challenges. The role involves performing audit procedures, identifying areas of risk, and preparing audit reports.

Requirements

• Provide timely, high-quality client service as part of the client engagement teams
• Develop strong working relationships with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges
• Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology
• Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues
• Preparing audit reports and management letters
• Providing supervision and development training for associates
