Requirements

• Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries.
• Develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges.
• Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues; discuss with engagement teams to solve issues that arise.
• Developing industry expertise
• Preparing audit reports, and management letters
• Exercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements
• Ensure that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm
• Provide supervision and development training for associates
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients
• Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables
• Ensure professional development through ongoing education
• Participate in a range of projects and open to collaborate and work with multiple teams
• Demonstrating critical thinking, problem solving, initiative and timely completion of work.
