Job Description
RSM's Accounting and Finance Consulting (AFC) practice is seeking a Manager to join our Financial Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for complex accounting issues and a proven track record of building profitable client relationships.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting, financial reporting or technical accounting capacity
- Excellent team and project management skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of audit services with knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and FASB regulations
- A proven record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships
- Minimum of 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff on multiple engagements
