We are seeking a Managerālevel professional with strong notāforāprofit accounting experience to lead a team and support a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. The role involves managing accounting and finance functions, analyzing financial information, and providing actionable insight to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting, with a strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA is required
- Progressive experience in accounting and financial management in a corporate accounting environment
- Strong technical financial accounting (GAAP) knowledge
- Strong management accounting and operational finance knowledge
- Experience in the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function
- Proven leadership, management and coaching skills
- Experience with automated accounting systems
