Financial Consulting Senior Associate 1 - Fund Services+(Fund Accounting)

We are seeking a Financial Consulting Senior Associate 1 - Fund Services+(Fund Accounting) to join our team. As a senior associate, you will be responsible for managing fund administration engagements, including capital calls, distributions, and quarterly reporting. You will also be responsible for training and developing the Fund Advisory Fund Administration team, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Big 4 or national accounting firms, preferably in private equity industry for Fund Accounting and/or Fund Audit.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Big 4 or national accounting firms experience preferable private equity industry for Fund Accounting and/or Fund Audit
• Well versed in interpreting/applying the financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds
• Undergraduate degree in accounting
• Graduate degree, CPA and/or CA preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Investran and Allvue knowledge a large PLUS!
