RSM's Private Company team is looking for a dynamic Tax Senior Manager to join their expanding Business Tax practice. The team focuses on closely held businesses and their owners, providing strategic tax planning, business advisory, and compliance work. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising business owner clients on a full spectrum of business and tax opportunities, including succession planning, wealth transfer planning, and tax compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field
- CPA license in one’s principal place of business/home state, licensed J.D. or Enrolled Agent
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working in public accounting with an emphasis on taxation
- Proficient in entity (Partnership, S corporation or C corporation) and Individual taxation
- Familiar with Fiduciary, Gift and Estate Taxation
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work in a collaborative team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
