Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, management, or marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance/financial customer service
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Analytical skills
• Customer service experience
• Good time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Responsibility for assigned processes
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2/C1 level)
