Associate Director & Counsel, Commercial Engines (Hybrid)

RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Associate Director & Counsel for Pratt & Whitney's Commercial Engines. This is a customer-facing role providing transactional support across all aspects of the P&L, including negotiating complex commercial agreements with customers and airframers globally.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.)
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience
• 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm
• Experience with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience resolving commercial disputes
• Good standing with a state bar association
• In-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire
• U.S. Citizen
