We are hiring an Associate Director - SAP Source to Pay Business Analyst to join our RTX Enterprise Systems Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an organization responsible for driving large scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S/4HANA solution. The role is responsible for successful delivery within each phase of the OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program, including blueprinting, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Source to Pay business processes and technical system knowledge across the following areas: Procurement (Product, nonproduct, and services), Accounts Payable – including supplier invoice management and supplier disbursement processes, Vendor (supplier) Master Data, Sourcing and Supplier contract management, Supplier collaboration and performance management, Procurement and supply chain regulatory compliance, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba
- Hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities
- Experience leading and communicating with project developers and analyst
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
