Job Description
RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Technologies and Partnerships to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with US Government program managers and academic and industry organizations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Congressional and USG agency budget, priorities, technology needs, and decision-makers.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
- Proven direct USG S&T agency work experience
- Ability to relate USG agency challenges and needs to groundbreaking R&D developments
