Job Description
RTX is looking for an Eng II, Product Engineer to develop cost reduction activities, mitigate process defects, and promote effective design choices through statistical analysis. The candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with development RF Microelectronics and gain intimate details of the processes and equipment used to assemble hardware.
Requirements
- Interface with internal and external suppliers, engineering, and program leadership personnel
- Develop cost reduction activities and mitigate process defects
- Promote effective design choices through statistical analysis
- Gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment with development RF Microelectronics
- Resolve product specific design and process challenges for cutting edge RF microelectronics
