Requirements

• 7 years of experience in quality project management, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace sector
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to senior management
• Proven ability to manage critical situations in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Proficient in problem-solving tools (8D, Red-X) and document management systems (PLM or equivalent) (asset)
• Technical experience with FMEA and PPAP
• Knowledge of SAP (asset)
• Very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations
