Gestionnaire de projets techniques, ECD / ECD Technical Project Manager

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking an ECD Technical Project Manager to provide project leadership, engineering liaison, and technical expertise to deliver on key technical projects impacting the business. The candidate will be responsible for initiating, leading, and delivering various types of projects within set timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Undergraduate university degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field of study)
• 10+ years of pertinent experience in Engineering/Operations/Project Management
• Knowledge of Project Management processes and tools (PMP certification is an asset)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting in front of a group (including senior leadership)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of different backgrounds and communication styles
• Knowledge of Supplier Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering) and an understanding of the Strategic and Business aspect of Supply Chain Projects
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Demonstrated influential leadership and initiative
• Autonomous, organized, and efficient
• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems (such as SAP and Enovia)
• Occasional travel to support our worldwide supply base
