Job Description
Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a Manager, Customer Engineering to join their Helicopter program team in Longueuil, Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, leading field investigations, and coordinating technical and logistical support. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, performed exclusively on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 8 years' experience or Master degree with 5 years' experience
- Field of studies: Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Solid computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Strong commercial & technical skills and able to define value proposition to customers
- Customer focused and proven customer relationship management skills
- Team player
- Flexible, motivated and self-driven
