Collins Aerospace is seeking a driven, technically strong High Band Sensor (HBS) Support Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) enterprise at Langley AFB, VA. In this critical on-site role, you will oversee the operation and sustainment of a high visibility SIGINT system supporting global Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
Requirements
- Active and transferable Top Secret/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain CI Poly after start
- 1+ years of ELINT experience
- 5+ years of DCGS experience
- Strong background in system administration, software management, or engineering in a complex technical environment—preferably supporting SIGINT or similar ISR systems
- DoD 8570 certification (Security+ or higher)
- Ability to support rotating 24/7 shift operations
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
