Manager, Software Engineering (ONSITE)

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is looking for a talented Software Engineering Manager to lead the design, architecture, and development of new software systems and products. The successful candidate will work in an exciting environment, drive the design, architecture, and development of critical capabilities, and lead a team of software engineers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years experience with C++ and/or Java
• Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, information retrieval
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
