Material Program Manager

As a Material Program Manager at RTX, you will be responsible for developing and executing material program plans, subcontract management plans, and other strategic planning tools. You will also support financial management reviews, balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs, and provide comprehensive supply chain support for gate reviews. You must have a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Program and/or Project Management role
• Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Supply Chain or similar
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience working with MRP systems, including SAP
• Experience as a program/project manager
