Modeling & Simulation Engineer-Systems Engineer II

At RTX, we are seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, Systems Engineer II to join our Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Analysis section—a team that drives the development of next-generation CONOPS for advanced systems. This is an onsite role based in Woburn, MA, or Tewksbury, MA. As a member of our Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) team, you will develop and implement mission modeling and simulation solutions to support trade studies and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience modeling and/or simulating physical systems
• Experience with programming tools like MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Strong knowledge of system engineering life-cycle models
• Experience in data analysis, statistics, and conducting studies with large datasets
• Familiarity with CONOPS, system tradeoffs, threat definitions, and system-of-systems assessments
• Exceptional technical and analytical skills to deliver credible solutions to customers
