Nondestructive Testing Team Member - Weekend Night Shift (Onsite)

We have an exciting opportunity for an NDT Level 2 Sonic Inspector at our growing facility in Columbus, Georgia. This position entails working at a desk while monitoring a computer screen in a controlled environment. Implement related training and/or education in Quality processes or its equivalent, including on the job training in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspection techniques. Utilize working knowledge of Matec and IRT Ultrasonic systems. Perform daily walk around of equipment, maintain cleanliness of inspection area and be capable of troubleshooting equipment issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Background in Quality, or Background in a NDT Method, or Background in math/science, or Background in aerospace manufacturing environment with a concentration in engineering/quality/process controls, or previously passed NDT Class or High Performer for internal candidates with current supervisor Letter of Recommendation
• Ability to work overtime
