Job Description
Perform procurement actions utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all FAR/DFARS regulatory and corporate requirements. Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment. Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion.
Requirements
- Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RFI
- Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity
- Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
- Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques
- Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance
- Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets.
