Requirements

• Analyze data to facilitate process improvements
• Assist with process certification projects to implement process improvements
• Develop and stand up methods of process certification and control for legacy manufacturing
• Work with a multifunctional team to improve Quality-focused business metrics
• Support outsourced process suppliers with process certification and improvement activities
• Implement SPC on current and future production processes
• Work with suppliers to help them meet P&W quality requirements
• Conduct reject data analysis using Solumina and SAP
• Engage with NSA/MCL, Engineering, Materials and critical stakeholders
• Collect/Compile data and drive Continuous improvement initiatives at the Supplier
• Hold Suppliers accountable for root cause and corrective actions
