Principal RF Design Engineer

Raytheon's RF & Microelectronics Center is responsible for full-scope Independent Design, Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for microwave products. As a Principal RF Design Engineer, you will design, develop, and sustain state-of-the-art Transmit/Receive (T/R) microwave products. You will also implement best practice standards with regard to the planning, coordination, and implementation of microwave design and test with sound engineering process discipline and leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with design, layout, integration, and / or test of transmit/receive functions covering large frequency range (MHz thru Ka-band)
• Experience with data analysis using MATLAB
• A minimum of 4 years RF/Microwave Design Verification Test (DVT) experience with network/spectrum analyzers and/or antenna measurement systems
• Active U.S. government issued security clearance
