Job Description
The Principal Specialist, Contracts role supports the Global Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sensors Contracts Team, responsible for cradle-to-grave contract administration activities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract closeout. The role enables significant customer activities to fulfill contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience in leading and/or administering U.S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and / or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) (to include proposal preparation, contract negotiation, change management)
- Experience working Sole Source Proposals, subject to the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act (commonly known as the TINA)
