Job Description
Principal System Safety Engineer to join us onsite as a Safety Lead with proven experience in executing all aspects of system safety. The role involves developing and implementing MIL-STD-882E compliant system safety programs, mentoring junior safety engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders across engineering functions to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with DoD System Safety Programs e.g. MIL-STD-882/DO-178
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance
