Job Description
Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) has an immediate need for a Deputy Program Operations Manager (POM) for our LADS business in Tucson, AZ. This is a key role leading an Operations Integrated Product Team to ensure successful execution of Coyote Blk 3+ production. Duties include overall management of all phases of production, manufacturing engineering, and producibility of products.
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with MRP systems such as SAP, PRISM or equivalent
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Lean Manufacturing and Management experience
- Strong team building skills necessary to lead a multi-disciplined team
