Program Quality Engineer

We are seeking a Program Quality Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As the primary quality interface for the product Integrated Product Team (IPT), you will be responsible for ensuring the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. The PQE shall monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure reviews and assessments of program performance are performed.

Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience.
• Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Working experience leading teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action.
• Working experience in providing technical program support for manufacturing and/or design processes.
