Program Quality Lead

Join our team as a Program Quality Lead (PQL) supporting the Advanced Technologies (AT) Strategic Business Unit. You will ensure customer expectations and end-user objectives are satisfied, interfaces with program and functional partners, and oversee teams focused on Quality and Mission Assurance capability, execution and performance excellence across the full product life cycle, including technical development, production/manufacturing, integration and test and sustainment, and ensures alignment with key industry standards and initiatives, including AS9100, AS9145 and APQP.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations.
• Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience providing quality technical guidance, achieving design, development, and/or manufacturing results.
• Experience with programs/contracts/efforts that have content in remote sites, particularly Site Quality experience.
