Requirements
- Support internal audits to ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and certifications
- Serve as a Preliminary Review (PR) member, ensuring the timely disposition, correction, and closure of nonconforming materials
- Perform data analysis and reporting to monitor product quality and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to address quality issues
- Plan and oversee First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Support activities related to the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
