Job Description
As the Quality Systems and Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our OEM Operations meet the highest internal and regulatory standards. The Quality Systems and Compliance Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, managing complex quality projects and providing critical oversight for the Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, regulatory compliance or similar environment
- Master's degree and 5 or more years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, quality, regulatory compliance or similar environment
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (ex: Aviation, Aerospace, Defense, Space, Automotive)
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as AS9100 or ISO9001
- Experience supporting audits, including managing findings and corrective actions to closure (ex. FAA or CAAC regulatory audits)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
